Overview
This website is operated under the store name Pawmaris.
Throughout this website, the terms “Pawmaris,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Pawmaris. The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person who visits the website, creates an account, places an order, submits content, or otherwise uses our services.
Pawmaris provides this website, including its information, content, features, products, and services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them.
By accessing https://pawmaris.us, using any part of the website, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all website users, including visitors, customers, account holders, vendors, suppliers, and persons who submit content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access the website, place an order, or use our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, waives, or limits any consumer right or legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, waived, or limited.

You are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You may not use this website or our products for an illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You may not use the website in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of another person.
Products purchased from Pawmaris must be used lawfully, safely, and in accordance with the product description, warnings, instructions, and intended purpose.
A material violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to the website, cancellation of affected orders, or other lawful action.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:
-
Our business practices
-
Website functionality
-

Payment or fulfillment services
-
Applicable laws or regulations
-
Security or fraud-prevention requirements
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The Terms applicable to a completed purchase will generally be those presented when the order was placed, except when a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, suspend, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary for lawful reasons, including:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
-
Abusive or threatening conduct
-
Attempts to interfere with the website
-
Violations of these Terms
-
Product availability limitations
-
Shipping restrictions

Protection of Pawmaris, customers, service providers, or third parties
We will not refuse service for an unlawful discriminatory reason.
We may limit the quantity of products available to a person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or geographic region.
Headings used in these Terms are included for convenience and do not limit or otherwise affect the meaning of any provision.
Section 4 – Website Availability
We aim to keep the website reasonably available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of:
-
Maintenance
-
Security updates
-
Technical failures
-
Hosting interruptions
-
Internet or telecommunications problems
-
Third-party service interruptions
-
Events outside our reasonable control
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any website feature or portion of the service at any time.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of material changes. However, immediate action may be necessary for security, legal, operational, or technical reasons.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary website unavailability, except to the extent such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Section 5 – Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information.
However, website content may occasionally contain:
-
Typographical errors
-
Pricing errors
-
Incorrect measurements
-
Incomplete descriptions
-
Outdated information
-
Inventory discrepancies
-
Image or display variations
-
Technical inaccuracies
Information on the website is provided for general product and shopping purposes.
You should review all available product details, dimensions, materials, compatibility information, warnings, and instructions before purchasing or using a product.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
A correction made after an order is submitted will be handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Section 6 – Product Information
We aim to describe and display products as accurately as reasonably possible.
However:
-
Screen settings may affect how colors appear.
-
Measurements may contain reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
-
Packaging may differ from website images.
-
Manufacturers may make minor design or packaging changes.
-
Product images may include props or accessories that are not included.
-
Product appearance may vary slightly between production batches.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the full product listing to determine what is included.
References to breed, size, age, weight, or product type are general guidance unless expressly stated otherwise.
A product being marketed for dogs does not mean that it is suitable for every dog.
Actual suitability may depend on the dog’s:
-
Size
-
Weight
-
Age
-
Breed
-
Health
-
Physical condition
-
Temperament
-
Strength
-
Chewing behavior
-
Activity level
-
Individual sensitivities
Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification about product information. We cannot guarantee individual suitability based solely on general information provided by a customer.
Section 7 – Pet Safety and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their dog and using them safely.
Before use, customers should:
-
Inspect the product for damage or loose components.
-
Review all warnings and instructions.
-
Confirm that the size and design are appropriate.
-
Assemble or install the product correctly.
-
Introduce the product gradually when appropriate.
-
Supervise the dog during use.
No dog toy, accessory, collar, leash, harness, bed, grooming tool, feeding product, or other pet product should be assumed to be completely indestructible or risk-free.
Customers must regularly inspect products for:
-
Wear
-
Cracks
-
Tears
-
Fraying
-
Loose parts
-
Sharp edges
-
Exposed filling
-
Damaged fasteners
-
Bite or chew damage
Discontinue use immediately if a product becomes damaged or if the dog shows signs of choking, irritation, discomfort, injury, distress, or an adverse reaction.
Keep small components and packaging materials away from pets and children.
Pawmaris is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, lack of supervision, incorrect sizing, improper installation, product modification, continued use of a damaged product, or use contrary to warnings or instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Section 8 – No Veterinary or Professional Advice
Website content and customer support communications are provided for general informational and shopping purposes only.
Nothing on the website constitutes:
-
Veterinary advice
-
Medical advice
-
Nutritional advice
-
Behavioral advice
-
Diagnosis
-
Treatment recommendations
-
Professional animal-care advice
Pawmaris does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure animal health conditions.
Product descriptions, articles, recommendations, reviews, and support responses should not replace advice from a licensed veterinarian or another appropriately qualified professional.
Consult a licensed veterinarian before using a product when your dog:
-
Has a medical condition
-
Has an injury
-
Has known allergies or sensitivities
-
Takes medication
-
Is pregnant or nursing
-
Has recently undergone surgery
-
Has unusual dietary requirements
-
Shows signs of illness or distress
In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or appropriate emergency veterinary service immediately.
Section 9 – Product Claims
Any objective product claim is intended to be based on information reasonably available to Pawmaris, including manufacturer or supplier information.
Unless expressly stated and lawfully supported, products sold by Pawmaris are not represented as being able to:
-
Diagnose a disease
-
Treat a disease
-
Cure a disease
-
Prevent a disease
-
Replace veterinary care
-
Guarantee a particular behavioral or health outcome
Individual results and experiences may vary.
Customer reviews and testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer or dog will receive the same result.
Section 10 – Prices
Product prices may change without advance notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to:
-
Correction of obvious errors
-
Applicable taxes
-
Shipping charges
-
Promotional conditions
-
Payment verification
-
Applicable law
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website or at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete order total before submitting payment.
Pawmaris is not responsible for currency conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, card issuer charges, or other fees imposed independently by a bank or payment provider.
Section 11 – Pricing and Listing Errors
We may correct an obvious pricing, discount, description, availability, or product listing error at any time.
If an order is affected by a material error, we may:
-
Contact you for confirmation at the corrected price or terms
-
Cancel the affected product
-
Cancel the affected order
-
Issue an appropriate refund
-
Offer an alternative product with your consent
We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
A completed payment authorization does not require Pawmaris to fulfill an order containing an obvious or material error when cancellation and refund are permitted by applicable law.
Section 12 – Order Submission and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automatically generated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
An order is generally accepted when:
-
Payment has been successfully verified;
-
The product is confirmed as available;
-
The order passes applicable fraud and compliance reviews; and
-
Fulfillment begins or a shipping confirmation is issued.
We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for a lawful reason, including:
-
Product unavailability
-
Pricing or listing errors
-
Payment failure
-
Suspected fraud
-
Shipping restrictions
-
Quantity limitations
-
Duplicate or suspicious orders
-
Inability to verify customer information
-
Legal or regulatory restrictions
If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Section 13 – Product Availability
Products may have limited availability.
Inventory displayed on the website may not always reflect real-time inventory because of:
-
Simultaneous purchases
-
Inventory synchronization delays
-
Supplier changes
-
Damaged inventory
-
Fulfillment errors
-
Discontinued products
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may:
-
Cancel and refund the unavailable product
-
Offer an alternative product
-
Request consent to a revised shipping date
-
Ship available products separately
We will not substitute a materially different product without customer consent.
Section 14 – Order Limitations and Resale
We may limit or cancel quantities that reasonably appear to be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale, redistribution, or other non-personal purposes.
Factors may include:
-
Unusually large quantities
-
Repeated orders for the same product
-
Multiple orders using related accounts or addresses
-
Conduct indicating unauthorized resale
This section does not prohibit ordinary personal purchases or lawful resale rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law.
Wholesale or commercial purchasing arrangements require separate written approval from Pawmaris.
Section 15 – Payments
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
-
You are authorized to use the payment method.
-
The information provided is accurate.
-
Sufficient funds or credit are available.
-
The transaction does not violate applicable law.
Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers.
Pawmaris does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment card numbers when payments are processed through authorized third-party payment systems.
Payment authorization may be declined, delayed, reversed, or reviewed by the payment provider or issuing institution.
We are not responsible for a financial institution’s independent authorization decisions or processing delays.
Section 16 – Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges
Applicable sales tax or similar transaction tax may be calculated during checkout.
For international orders, customers may also be responsible for:
-
Import duties
-
Customs charges
-
Value-added taxes
-
Brokerage fees
-
Handling fees
-
Other government or carrier charges
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these international charges are not included in the Pawmaris product price or shipping fee.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may be lawfully imported into their destination.
Section 17 – Shipping and Delivery
Order processing, shipping fees, estimated transit periods, tracking, delivery issues, and address requirements are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
When Pawmaris cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable period, we may provide:
-
Notice of the delay
-
A revised estimated shipping date
-
An opportunity to consent to the delay
-
An opportunity to cancel the affected unshipped order
-
A refund when required
Shipping and carrier delays outside our reasonable control do not automatically constitute a breach of these Terms, provided that Pawmaris continues to fulfill any obligations required by applicable law.
Section 18 – Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Products used by or exposed to a pet may be subject to additional hygiene and condition requirements.
Products showing pet hair, saliva, odors, stains, chewing, scratching, contamination, or other signs of use may not qualify for a preference-based return.
These restrictions do not remove remedies available for products that arrive defective, damaged, materially incomplete, or different from what was ordered.
Section 19 – Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, coupons, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotions cannot be combined.
-
Discounts have no cash value.
-
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
-
Discounts apply only during the stated promotional period.
-
Discounts may exclude specified products or categories.
-
Discounts may be limited to one use per customer, household, account, or order.
We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, or a material technical error.
Orders lawfully placed before a promotion ends will not be canceled solely because the promotion later expires.
Section 20 – Gift Cards and Store Credit
When offered, gift cards and store credit may be subject to separate terms disclosed at the time of issuance or purchase.
Gift cards and store credit:
-
Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
-
May not be replaced if transferred, lost, stolen, or used without authorization, except where required by law.
-
Must not be obtained or used through fraud.
-
May be canceled when reasonably associated with fraud or unlawful activity.
Expiration and fee rules will comply with applicable law.
Section 21 – Customer Accounts
Certain website features may allow or require a customer account.
You are responsible for:
-
Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
-
Providing accurate account information
-
Restricting unauthorized access to your device
-
Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity
You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or use another person’s account without permission.
We may suspend or close an account reasonably associated with fraud, abuse, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.
Account closure does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations or rights arising from prior transactions.
Section 22 – Electronic Communications
By using the website or contacting Pawmaris electronically, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including:
-
Order confirmations
-
Payment notices
-
Shipping updates
-
Customer support responses
-
Policy notices
-
Security communications
Transactional communications are necessary to process orders and administer the customer relationship.
Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and may be unsubscribed from using the method provided in the communication.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary order or service communications.
Section 23 – Customer Content
You may be able to submit:
-
Reviews
-
Ratings
-
Photographs
-
Videos
-
Questions
-
Comments
-
Suggestions
-
Other content
You retain ownership of content you create.
By voluntarily submitting content to Pawmaris, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting Pawmaris, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual property laws.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Pawmaris.
You represent that submitted content:
-
Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
-
Does not infringe another person’s rights
-
Does not contain unlawful, abusive, or malicious material
-
Does not disclose another person’s private information without permission
-
Is not submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation
We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms.
Section 24 – Honest Reviews
Pawmaris does not prohibit or penalize honest reviews, including negative reviews, based on a customer’s genuine experience.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer from:
-
Posting an honest review
-
Reporting a concern to a government agency
-
Consulting an attorney
-
Exercising a lawful consumer right
-
Participating in a lawful investigation
We may remove content that is demonstrably false, fraudulent, irrelevant, unlawful, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or that exposes private information.
Removal of prohibited content does not mean that Pawmaris requires reviews to be positive.
Section 25 – Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Pawmaris.
Protected content may include:
-
Store names
-
Logos
-
Product descriptions
-
Graphics
-
Photographs
-
Videos
-
Website layouts
-
Text

-
The location of the material on the website
-
An explanation of your claim
-

False or misleading infringement notices may create legal liability.
Section 27 – Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or services to:
-
Violate applicable law
-
Commit or facilitate fraud
-
Submit false payment information
-
Impersonate another person
-
Infringe intellectual property rights

Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against another person

Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
-
Place orders using stolen payment information
-
Interfere with another customer’s use of the website
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with payment providers, carriers, courts, regulators, or law enforcement when legally appropriate.
Section 28 – Third-Party Services
The website may rely on third parties for:
-
Website hosting
-
Payment processing
-
Fraud prevention
-
Analytics
-
Customer communications
-
Fulfillment
-
Shipping
-
Advertising
-
Product sourcing
-
Technical support
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Pawmaris does not control every action of an independent third-party service provider.
However, using a third-party provider does not remove any responsibility Pawmaris has to the customer under applicable law.
Section 29 – Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
A third-party link does not necessarily mean that Pawmaris:
-
Controls the third party
-
Endorses all third-party content
-
Guarantees third-party products or services
-
Accepts responsibility for third-party policies
Customers should review the terms, privacy policies, and practices of third-party websites before providing information or completing a transaction.
Pawmaris is not responsible for losses caused solely by an independent third-party website, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Section 30 – Privacy
The collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that internet transmissions and electronic communications may involve systems operated by third parties.
You should not send passwords, complete payment card numbers, bank account details, or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary customer support email.
Section 31 – Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of our operations.
However, no website, network, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over:
-
Your account credentials
-
Your email account
-
Your device
-
Your payment methods
-
Your delivery information
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity related to a Pawmaris account or order.
Nothing in this section reduces any data security responsibility imposed on Pawmaris by applicable law.
Section 32 – Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Pawmaris does not guarantee that:
-
Website access will always be uninterrupted
-
Every error will be corrected immediately
-
Every product will remain continuously available
-
The website will be compatible with every device
-
General product guidance will be suitable for every dog
-
A product will produce a particular health, behavioral, comfort, or performance outcome
Products remain subject to any express warranties stated on the product page, provided by the manufacturer, or required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms disclaims an express promise made by Pawmaris or a warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
Section 33 – Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pawmaris will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising solely from the use of the website or products.
This may include losses involving:
-
Lost profits
-
Lost business opportunities
-
Lost data
-
Loss of goodwill
-
Indirect property damage
-
Consequential expenses
This limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not apply where liability cannot be limited, including where applicable law provides otherwise.
Pawmaris does not seek to exclude liability for:
-
Fraud
-
Willful misconduct
-
Gross negligence where it cannot be excluded
-
Death or personal injury caused by legally actionable negligence
-
Valid product liability claims
-
Breach of non-waivable consumer rights
-
Any other liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding
Where liability may lawfully be limited but not excluded, Pawmaris’s aggregate liability relating to a particular transaction will generally not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a greater remedy.
Section 34 – Customer-Caused Losses
To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers are responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses caused by their:
-
Fraudulent conduct
-
Deliberate misuse of the website
-
Material violation of these Terms
-
Infringement of another person’s rights
-
Submission of unlawful content
-
Unauthorized use of another person’s payment method
-
Intentional damage to Pawmaris systems or property
This section does not require a customer to compensate Pawmaris for losses caused by Pawmaris or for exercising a lawful consumer right.
Section 35 – Product Recalls and Safety Notices
If Pawmaris becomes aware of a material product safety issue or recall affecting a product sold through the website, we may:
-
Contact affected customers
-
Publish a website notice
-
Provide instructions to discontinue use
-
Request return or disposal of the product
-
Offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy
Customers should promptly follow legitimate safety and recall instructions.
Providing a current email address and monitoring order communications helps us communicate important safety information.
Section 36 – Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers may have rights to dispute a charge through their bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Before submitting a payment dispute, we encourage customers to contact Pawmaris so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms:
-
Prevents a lawful chargeback
-
Waives a customer’s payment dispute rights
-
Requires withdrawal of a valid dispute
-
Prevents communication with a financial institution
Submitting knowingly false information in a payment dispute may constitute fraud.
Pawmaris may provide relevant order, delivery, communication, and transaction records to the applicable payment provider when responding to a dispute.
Section 37 – Force Majeure
Pawmaris is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
-
Natural disasters
-
Severe weather
-
Fire
-
Flood
-
Epidemics or public emergencies
-
War or civil unrest
-
Government actions
-
Labor disruptions
-
Carrier network failures
-
Telecommunications outages
-
Widespread technical failures
-
Customs restrictions
-
Transportation interruptions
This section does not eliminate obligations to provide notice, cancellation, refund, or another remedy when required by applicable law.
Section 38 – Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary because of:
-
A material violation of these Terms
-
Suspected fraud
-
Security threats
-
Abuse of employees, contractors, or service providers
-
Unlawful activity
-
Repeated payment failures
-
Attempts to manipulate orders or promotions
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue, including provisions regarding:
-
Intellectual property
-
Payment obligations
-
Disclaimers
-
Liability limitations
-
Dispute resolution
-
Customer-submitted content
Valid customer rights relating to completed purchases remain subject to applicable law and the relevant store policies.
Section 39 – Severability
If a court or other authority determines that any part of these Terms is invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Section 40 – No Waiver
A failure or delay by Pawmaris in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive that provision or any other right.
Any waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstances for which it is given.
Section 41 – Assignment
You may not transfer contractual rights or obligations relating to your account or order to another person without our consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Pawmaris may transfer its rights and obligations as part of:
-
A business sale
-
Merger
-
Reorganization
-
Asset transfer
-
Change of service provider
Any transfer will remain subject to applicable law and will not reduce completed-order rights without a lawful basis.
Section 42 – Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and notices referenced on the website, form the agreement between you and Pawmaris concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.
Relevant policies may include:
-
Privacy Policy
-
Shipping & Delivery Policy
-
Return & Refund Policy
-
Contact Us page
-
Product-specific conditions
-
Promotional terms
If a product-specific term conflicts with a general provision, the more specific term will generally apply to that product, subject to applicable law.
Section 43 – Interpretation
These Terms will be interpreted fairly and consistently with applicable law.
No provision will be interpreted as excluding a legal responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The words “including” and “include” mean “including without limitation” unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Section 44 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and transactions made through Pawmaris are governed by the laws that lawfully apply to the relevant transaction and parties.
Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to give up:
-
A mandatory consumer protection
-
A lawful court jurisdiction
-
A regulatory complaint right
-
A statutory payment dispute right
-
Another right that cannot legally be waived
Before filing a formal claim, customers are encouraged to contact Pawmaris and provide a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.
This informal resolution request does not shorten or suspend any legal deadline unless the parties expressly agree or applicable law provides otherwise.
